Ham and sausage with sauerkraut: Blood & liver small sausage, belly, pepper, sauerkraut and mashed potatoes
we will have the next months all 4-5 weeks of ham and sausage with sauerkraut on the Speisplan. Our meat products and sausages are from well-chosen butcher's shops from the surroundings, the recipe for the pepper after original ode woods recipe, the sauerkraut is freshly rammed freshly inlaid from powder home and the mashed potatoes of course.
